The header had Najafabad as the highest ranking optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by Nursing, Azad, and University دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي نجف آباد najafabad which isn't as urgent as Najafabad. The other words nursingdept.iaun.ac.ir used was azad. university is included but might not be seen by search crawlers.
